VISITOR RULES OF GALERIE HARFA

Dear visitors,

Galerie Harfa is a shopping center whose goal is to provide a pleasant and safe environment where you will feel comfortable and to which you will be happy to return. In order to achieve these goals, we have established the rules set out in these visitor regulations, which must be followed.

In all areas of the shopping center, it is not allowed to:

enter wearing dirty clothing or under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances

bring in toxic, poisonous, or foul-smelling substances, weapons and other dangerous objects, or Class I flammable materials

ride bicycles, scooters, inline skates, skateboards, or similar devices

enter with firearms or similar objects, except for state and municipal police forces

take shopping carts, hand trucks, strollers, or wheelchairs onto escalators

run or move in the opposite direction on escalators

consume alcoholic beverages outside designated restaurant and café areas

smoke (including electronic cigarettes) outside designated areas, or use open flames

litter or otherwise damage the shopping center premises — please use trash bins

damage or destroy shopping center property or handle any of its equipment, including all technical and technological installations; if any damage is caused, the responsible person will be required to compensate the costs of restoring the equipment to its original condition

engage in door-to-door selling, beg, sit or lie on the floor, or lie down and sleep on benches

carry out promotional, charitable, survey, or advertising activities, perform music shows, or conduct commercial filming and photography without the consent of the shopping center management

perform personal hygiene (washing the upper body, shaving, brushing teeth, washing feet, etc.) in the restrooms or anywhere in the shopping center

misuse fire safety equipment (fire extinguishers, alarms)

carry out any activity that endangers the health and safety of people in the center or the safety of the center’s property, including writing signs and graffiti, damaging or consuming greenery

leave shopping carts unattended outside designated bays

enter with animals, except guide dogs accompanying holders of a ZTP/P card, and dogs entering only for the purpose of accessing the Super ZOO store; the dog must be on a leash and wearing a muzzle; small animals may be carried in hand or in a bag

tie animals to bicycle racks, stands, or lamps near the entrance to the shopping center

park vehicles in the parking areas for purposes other than visiting the shopping center, or during the center’s closing hours

drive vehicles and motorcycles onto paved sidewalks

play loud music, sing, or perform without the consent of the shopping center management

Additional provisions of the visitor regulations:

In the event of an evacuation of a store, the shopping center, or an emergency situation, every person in the shopping center is obliged to follow the instructions of responsible personnel, the security service, and any instructions broadcast over the public address system.

The shopping center management is not responsible for damage to visitors’ property or health if it is caused by the irresponsible behavior of other persons.

Selected areas of the shopping center are monitored by the security service and recorded by the CCTV system.

If you need assistance or notice suspicious activity, contact the shopping center security service or the police immediately.

Visitors of the shopping center are required to comply with the Visitor Regulations and follow the instructions of the security staff.

The center management or its security service has the right to deny entry or remove from the premises anyone who violates the rules of these Visitor Regulations. After being asked to leave the shopping center, continued presence in the shopping center premises may be subject to criminal prosecution.
