London taxi driver John Brown has been secretly enjoying a life with two wives for twenty years. The cunning father has a son, Gavin, with one and a daughter, Vicki, with the other. The two youngsters meet online and want to get to know each other in person. Their father, along with his friend Stanley, tries at the last minute and with all his might to prevent them.

The result is a torrent of unbelievable, typically Cooney-esque confusions and improvisations in the spirit of the best traditions of English comedy, satisfying everyone - except John Brown.
