The cardio zone consists of treadmills, modern stairs, ellipticals, steppers and rowing machines. There is also a multifunctional street workout structure and, last but not least, a spacious stretching and functional zone. Of course, there are aids for strength and functional training.

We are the first club in the Czech Republic where you can try exercising on the Technogym Skill Run, the most modern treadmill on the marketwhich can be used for both classic running and HIIT or endurance or strength training. It offers the possibility to set up a simulation of pushing a fitness sled and running with a resistance parachute. In the new cardio zone you will find the Skill Mill belt and the Skill Row rowing machine. Come and try a unique experience on these machines, for example in the form of a walk through the forest or running with a parachute! We offer countless studio classes, including Les Mills exercise programs, focused on both burning fat and strengthening the whole body. Thanks to our professional instructors, your workout will be not only more effective, but also more fun.

The club also has a wellness area that can be used to rest and relax after training - there is a jacuzzi, sauna and a brand new steam cabin.

The club can be visited not only as a member, but also if you are a holder of a Multisport card.
