LIN´S ASIAN BISTRO

Owner Zelong Lin moved to the Czech Republic to join his family 17 years ago. He has been in the gastronomy sector for almost 9 years, as has a large part of his family, which owns other Asian restaurants in the Czech Republic. He himself has already completed several successful projects. Lin’s Asian Bistro is an improved concept of the Daruma bistro, which he operated at the same location, in Gurmán Harfa, for 2 years. The main change is primarily the all-day rich all-you-can-eat buffet at a very reasonable price. Of the proven specialties from various corners of Asia, the brand new Ramen bar and the expanded range of authentic sushi are worth mentioning. Chinese cuisine is represented by traditional Kung-pao, Thai Pad Thai, Vietnamese Bún bò Nam Bô, and you can also enjoy the Japanese version of the dish with teriyaki sauce or Indian curry. The self-service store has also remained, where a wide range of semi-finished products and ingredients for preparing authentic Asian dishes are available. From ingredients for sushi, to frozen seafood and fish, special types of rice, Chinese or Vietnamese noodles, various seasonings such as soy sauce, fish sauce, vinegar or rice wine for cooking. There is also an exotic spice that you cannot do without when preparing Asian dishes.
