You can see for yourself that fast food is not just a synonym for the words fast and unhealthy at the Dhaba Beas restaurant chain. Thanks to their unique concept of vegan and vegetarian buffets, supporters of healthy eating have had their favorite refuge here for 17 years.

Since autumn 2021, Dhaba Beas has become part of the Gurmán Harfa family of retailers. “This is the first ever Dhaba branch within the shopping center and we hope that people will find their way here too,” says one of the co-owners of the Dhaba Beas chain, Tomáš Dudka.

The concept at Gurmán remains the same as at the other branches. The menu includes specialties from Indian, Thai, Mexican, Vietnamese, as well as Czech vegetarian and vegan cuisine. “We change the menu and cook several times a day to ensure that everything is as fresh as possible. Our kitchen is made up of an international team of chefs who cook according to traditional recipes from the given countries,” says Tomáš Dudka. The basic ingredient in Dhaba is high-quality basmati rice from Pakistan and legumes from India. The restaurant buys vegetables from friendly local farmers. In addition to a variety of salads, the menu also includes homemade dressings without E, organic sprouts, homemade lemonades made from our own syrups and several healthy desserts that you can enjoy with coffee. “Our intention is to offer the general public food that is tasty, nutritious, ethical and at the same time affordable,” adds Dudka.
