On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Form Factory is organizing a special outdoor BALANCE DAY event on the roof of Galerie Harfa. You can expect a morning full of movement, relaxation, and positive energy in a pleasant intimate atmosphere under the open sky. 

You can look forward to lessons inspired by yoga and mindful movement - from yoga and Pilates to Barre and Les Mills BODYBALANCE®. The whole program is designed to slow you down, stretch your body, clear your mind, and recharge your energy. 

Between classes, enjoy the relaxation zone, light refreshments, and a unique atmosphere with a view of Prague. A summer rooftop, music, movement, and moments just for you - the ideal start to summer.
