Diary of a Teenager or My Childhood in Socialism

The play Normal Nerd is based on the book of the same name by Robert Bellan. It is a retro comedy, with the story centered around adventures from the author's childhood lived in socialist Czechoslovakia. During an evening full of humor, exaggeration, and nostalgia, we find ourselves together with the main character - the well-known troublemaker Norbert Intribus - in a socialist household, at school, on a football field, at the weir, in a hospital, or surprisingly even at a graveyard sexual party. An integral part of the production is period 'Pop music', Czechoslovak Television broadcasts, and an expert view on psychological volcanism.
