On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Form Factory is organizing a special outdoor BALANCE DAY event on the roof of Galerie Harfa. You can expect a morning full of movement, relaxation, and positive energy in a pleasant intimate atmosphere under the open sky. 

Look forward to lessons inspired by yoga and mindful movement – from yoga and Pilates through Barre to Les Mills BODYBALANCE®. The entire program is designed to slow you down, stretch your body, free your mind, and recharge your energy.
